All reservations are made here on our own booking system, choose your date, lunch or dinner, a time slot, your menu and party size. There is no waitlist and no walk-in.

The calendar opens one month at a time. At midnight on the first of each month, the whole of the following month becomes available. Same-day bookings close at 10:30am for lunch and 3:00pm for dinner.

Yes. A menu, Ume or Kiku for lunch, Kappou or Discovery for dinner, is selected at booking and prepared for every guest in the party. The size you book is the size we prepare for.

Because each menu is prepared for the guests confirmed that service, any no-show, change in party size, or cancellation within 72 hours of your reservation incurs a full charge based on the menu selected, per diner. Reservations cannot be edited within 72 hours.

Changes are accepted by phone only, at +65 8454 6456. Cancellations can be made by phone or through the booking link in your confirmation. Please note the 72-hour policy above.

Our experience is built around seasonal sushi and raw and cooked seafood, so we are unable to accommodate vegetarian guests or those who do not consume seafood. Please share any restrictions when you reserve, late requests may not be accommodated.

Please allow at least 1½ hours for lunch and 2½ hours for dinner to enjoy the full experience. All guests in a seating begin together at their chosen arrival time, lunch 12:00 / 12:30 / 1:00pm, dinner 7:00 / 7:30 / 8:00pm, so we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to enjoy the full menu.
